STPI–Srinagar was setup on Jan-2001 with a built-up space of 5000 sqft which including the state Govt. Contribution in the shape of Land and Building at Electronics Complex, Old Airport Road, Rangreth Srinagar Kashmir.
STPI- Srinagar is 10 km from Srinagar airport and 8 km from main Srinagar city, 4km from Srinagar-Jammu National Highway.
In view of the increasing demand of incubation facility in Srinagar, the STPI Srinagar has come up with additional incubation space faciltity of 23960 sqft within the existing premises in the form of two blocks.
STPI-Srinagar has a total land of around 1.74 Acre (14 Kanals) with a built-up space of around 28960 sqft in the form of three Blocks which includes existing 5000sqft and additional incubation space facility of 23960 sqft within the existing premises in the form of two blocks.
The project of additional incubation space got completed on 18th July 2019 and was inaugurated by Hon’ble Minister for Electronics & Information Technology, Communications and Law & Justice, Govt of India - Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad on Wednesday 22nd January 2020 in the auspicious presence of Director General, STPI.
